It's now 76 days until we leave for Japan!
So far we have got our passports and international drivers licences organised, booked the flights, booked the scooters to do our 12 day scooter tour from Osaka, booked accommodation for the first few nights in Osaka, bought our Ghibli Museum tickets, ordered our mini-laptop and done LOADS of research on the Internet to try to narrow down some of the 'must-do' things (not an easy task!).Next on the list is getting our JR passes, and booking the hotel for the last night in a hotel near the Narita airport.
It's all very exciting, but I'm starting to feel that my Japanese language skills aren't as good as I had hoped. Still, 76 more days of practising should help a bit.
